Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a track & trace code to track your package.

When will my order be delivered?

We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. In most cases, you'll receive your package within 1-5 business days (NL) and within 3-8 business days (BE). Please note that due to busy delivery services, it may sometimes take a little longer.

Which carrier do you ship with?

We ship all our orders via PostNL. Delivery to a collection point is not currently possible.

What are the shipping costs?

Netherlands: €6.95 per order, including Track & Trace.

Belgium & Germany: €14.95 per order, including Track & Trace.

Can I return my product?

Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Register your return via info@herofur.com and follow the instructions. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. For more information, see our shipping policy.
