Return & Refund Policy

We fully support the quality of our products. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can, of course, return it.

Reflection and Return Period

• You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt.
• After registering your return, you have 14 days to return the product.
• Always keep your track and trace code; it serves as proof of shipment. Please send it to us at info@herofur.com.

How do you register a return?

Please send an email to info@herofur.com within 14 days of receipt, stating:

• Name;
• Order number;
• Product + quantity;
• Reason for return;

Returns Policy

• The product must be returned unused, undamaged and, if reasonably possible, in its original packaging.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund

• Complete order return: You will receive the full order amount including shipping costs for the outward shipment.
• Partial order return: You will only receive a refund for the amount of the returned products. The outward shipping costs will not be refunded.

Once we have received the product in good order, we will refund the amount due to your account within 14 days.

This policy has been prepared in accordance with the statutory right of withdrawal within the European Union.
