Legal right of withdrawal
- You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt.
- After registering your return, you have another 14 days to send the product back.
- Always keep your track and trace code safe; this is your proof of shipment.
- You can register a return via info@herofur.com, stating: Name, Order number, Product and quantity, and Reason for return.
30-day money-back guarantee
In addition to the legal right of withdrawal, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Are you not satisfied within 30 days of receipt? Please contact us. After receiving and checking the returned product, you will receive a refund of the purchase price of the returned products. Any shipping costs for the initial shipment will not be refunded for returns made after 14 days. This additional guarantee does not affect the legal right of withdrawal.
Conditions for Return
The product may be evaluated as you would in a physical store. It must be returned neatly and undamaged. In case of further use or visible damage, we may apply a reduction in value.
Return costs are for the customer's account.
Refund
- For a full return within the legal right of withdrawal of 14 days, you will receive the full order amount, including the shipping costs of the initial shipment.
- For a partial return, you will receive the amount of the returned products. The shipping costs of the initial shipment will not be refunded.
- After receiving and checking the returned product, we will refund the due amount within 14 days via the original payment method.
