At HeroFur, we do our best to deliver your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Below you will find all information regarding shipping, delivery times, and shipping costs.

Carrier

Orders are shipped with Track & Trace. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace link, allowing you to follow your package.

Delivery times

The Netherlands: generally delivered the next day

Belgium: 1 to 2 business days

Germany and France: 2 to 3 business days

Other European countries: 2 to 4 business days

Due to high volumes at the carrier or other circumstances, a delivery may occasionally take longer.

Shipping costs

The Netherlands: €6.95 per order

Europe: from €8.95 per order

The exact shipping costs for your country will be displayed during checkout.

Order processing

Orders for the Netherlands placed before 11:00 PM are generally processed and shipped the same day.

For European orders, a processing cutoff time of 8:00 PM generally applies.

Orders placed after these times will be processed as quickly as possible on the next available shipping day.

Shipping within Europe

HeroFur ships to the Netherlands and various other European countries. During checkout, you can immediately see whether delivery to your country is available and which shipping costs apply.

Delivery to collection points is currently not possible.
