At HeroFur, we do our best to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. On this page, you'll find all the information about shipping, delivery times, and postage costs.
Carrier
All orders are shipped via PostNL.
After shipping you will receive an email with a track and trace link, so you can easily track your order.
Delivery times
- Netherlands (NL): 1-3 business days
- Belgium (BE): 1-3 working days
- Germany (DE) 2-3 working days
- France (FR) 2-3 working days
Please note that due to the busy times at PostNL, it may sometimes take a little longer.
Postage costs
- Netherlands: €6.95 per order
- Belgium, Germany, France: €14.95 per order
Processing time
Orders placed on weekdays before 4:00 PM will be processed and submitted to PostNL the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM and on weekends will be processed the next business day.
Other
- We currently only deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany & France
- Delivery to collection points is currently not possible.
